I have been using this spray for over a month now and definitely feel effects! I always slept well, but I feel so rested when I wake and and find myself waking up on my own an hour before my alarm.  I’m typically am rarely stressed or in a bad mood, but I do feel more relaxed overall and mood lifted.  I started out spraying my body after a shower and now spray myself a few times a day.  It does tingle in the beginning, but it goes away with use.  The tingling could be the deficiency of magnesium.  I leave the spray on and then apply my body butter once it dries.  You can rinse off the spray after 20-30 minutes as well.
